The company currently has a workforce of over 80 employees, including 16 technical professionals. It boasts large-scale, advanced process equipment, such as resin sand mixers with capacities of 5T/h, 10T/h, 15T/h, and 20T/h, along with complete sets of associated equipment, 3T, 4T, and 10T electric furnaces, 38T cranes, Q7630 shot blasting cleaning machines, and 60 cubic meter heat treatment furnaces. The company's existing factory premises span an area of 27,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons of castings. The maximum single weight for gray iron castings is 35 tons, while for maximum single weight of nodular iron castings, it is 20 tons. |
The company primarily employs resin sand molding in its casting production process, enabling it to manufacture various grades of gray cast iron, ductile iron, alloy cast iron, and non-ferrous alloy castings. The range of artistic castings includes antique bronze bells, sculptures, busts, Buddha statues, and ritual implements.
